Neben den nationalen Bestrebungen gab es vor allem politische und liberale Forderungen. Unter anderen verlangte man die Abschaffung der Grundherrschaft. Es gab das Ger\u00fccht, dass die \u201eBauernbefreiung\u201c durch Grundherren, Beamte und Pfarrer verhindert werde. Dieser Schlachtruf erreichte auch unsere Nachbard\u00f6rfer. Niemand k\u00fcmmerte sich um ein Gesetz noch um eine Obrigkeit. So wurde der Pfarrer von Purbach, Stefan Dorherr, wie ein Verbrecher abgef\u00fchrt. Die &#8220;Gschie\u00dfer&#8221; spannten schon ihre Gewehre um ihren Pfarrer Martin Rosenitsch zu erschie\u00dfen.
